Chiropractors have broad diagnostic skills, but are most often used to treat back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, pain in the joints of the arms or legs, and headaches. “While the mainstay of chiropractic is spinal manipulation, chiropractic care also includes other treatments, including manual therapies, postural and exercise education, and ergonomic training. Chiropractors today work in conjunction with primary care doctors, pain experts, and surgeons to treat patients with pain.” -Harvard Health

Dr. Hans Thurmer is proud to provide high quality spine care with an emphasis on conservative, guideline-concordant, non-pharmacologic treatments, including: chiropractic treatment, physical rehab, manual therapy, myofascial release, and McKenzie method. He has a demonstrated history of collaborating successfully with a broad range of medical specialists, primary care physicians, physical therapists, and athletic trainers. He specializes in working with athletes, corporate office workers, auto injuries, and pregnant patients.

He enjoys living and working in the Twin Cities with his wife and two children. When not in clinic, he is likely to be found running, cycling, traveling, or spending quality time with family and friends.
